OUR MAIN MARQUEE SOUND SYSTEM SWITCH OFF TIMES ARE FRIDAY 12AM AND SATURDAY 1AM. LIVE MUSIC FROM BANDS ALL DAY FRIDAY & SATURDAY UNTIL 7PM WHEN THE DJ’S CAN TAKE OVER. WE CAN ALSO PROVIDE AN AMAZING FURNISHED AFTER HOURS GIANT TIPI IN THE WOODS WITH A BLOCK ROCKER IPOD DOCK & LOVELY LIGHTING FOR THE LATE NIGHT GUESTS WHO MAY WANT TO CARRY ON THE PARTY AFTER THE MAIN SOUND SYSTEM HAS SHUT DOWN.

|Power for your event. We have a mains 100kw 3 phase supply.||£275.00||We take a meter reading before and after each event. Additional charges may apply if consumption is excessive.|

|We insist you use our Marquee which holds up to 300 people. But are happy for you to hire additional tents and marquees.|
|Sound System –PartyField Audio Specs– is a High Quality Martin Audio system, set up by our sound engineer and provided by Audiofeed for the whole weekend.||£621.00||If you are having music, you must use our sound system (there are no exceptions). If your having bands you will need a sound engineer and additional band package.|
|Wildwood Wedding Platform 10mx25m decked area in the woods that seats up to 100 people with a further 100 people standing.||£440.00||Our beautiful decked platform set in bluebell woods with wedding gazebo and 20 chairs. We are not licensed to have actual wedding ceremonies, just blessings etc. For additional seating etc., please contact Fred at Dorset Party Hire (in Contacts).|

|1 Steward (per weekend), they have a site office in the car park area.||£270.00||Helps with security, parking & generally making sure all runs smoothly. They also monitor the gate for your own security to ensure no unwanted guests come on site.|

|After hours Giant Tipi in wildwood, furnished with flooring & bean bags and lovely lighting.||£522.00||If you have guests that never know when to call it a night, this is the option for you. We have a Giant Tipi set in a natural bunker with an iPod block rocker sound dock.|

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% INCREASE EACH YEAR. THE ABOVE IS 2017.
WITH REGRET WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS AND GLASS ON OUR SITE FOR YOUR SAFETY. WE HAVE FREQUENT EVENTS, OFTEN WITH LOTS OF CHILDREN RUNNING AROUND WITHOUT SHOES. PLEASE ASK YOUR GUESTS TO RESPECT THIS RULE.
IT IS A CONDITION OF US HIRING THE SITE TO YOU FOR OUR INSURANCE THAT YOU HAVE OUR STEWARD. YOU WILL ALSO NEED A SOUND ENGINEER IF YOU HAVING BANDS.
